Services
The Human Capital provides dedicated virtual assistant services on a month-to-month basis. Service agreements are governed by separate client contracts that include NDAs, scope of work definitions, and service level commitments. All engagements are cancellable with 30 days notice.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of The Human Capital and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission.
Confidentiality
All client engagements are protected by Non-Disclosure Agreements. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols for all client data, communications, and business information shared during the course of our services.
Limitation of Liability
The Human Capital provides services on an as-is basis. While we maintain high standards through our vetting process and ongoing quality assurance, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
